Eternal Waves Returns Policy

Return Eligibility:

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Process:
1. Contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions.

 

2. Package the item securely in its original packaging.

3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box (not on the product package).

4. Ship prepaid via USPS First Class.

Return Conditions:

• A 20% restocking fee applies.

• Damaged, altered, or marked items may be refused or incur extra charges.

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds:

• Once inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days, minus shipping and handling fees.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

• Report issues within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify.

Shipping Issues:

• If a package is marked delivered but not received, notify us within 24 hours with tracking details.

• Eternal Waves is not responsible for confirmed USPS deliveries but may assist in filing a USPS investigation.

• For large orders or bulk pricing, please contact us for availability and special rates.

Shipping FAQs:

• Orders ship within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

• Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental U.S.

• Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment.
